How to Help a One-Sided Horse

For a long time I struggled with my horse being totally one sided.

I spent so much time spinning my wheels-

  • He bulged to the left, and was totally hollow to the right

  • His canter to the left was lovely, but he was anxious and tense going to the right

  • I felt like I was riding two different horses.

I tried everything:

  • Countless lessons with my trainer

  • Saddle fitting

  • Vet visits

… honestly, I was at a loss.

And while those were important pieces of the puzzle, they didn’t quite do the trick.

Want to know what was really going on?

It all boiled down to the fact that he was body sore.

When you’re trying to go up the levels of any sport, your horse has to be balanced.

While no horse is going to be perfect, it’s our responsibility to help them feel their best in their body. Massage is what you need to help them get there.

I have the perfect course for you, equine massage 101.
